Sunday (1/28), we’ll be screening Suspiria (2018), directed by Luca Guadagnino, inspired by Dario Argento's film of the same name from 1977. The film follows Susie (Dakota Johnson), who joins the Markos Dance Academy, which she soon finds out is run by a coven of witches.
Suspiria was chosen by our dear friend Rahul:
I was deeply sleep deprived and fell asleep halfway through this the first time, but what I saw was gorgeous and brutal. I love when a film can make my stomach sink. I can’t wait to finish it with you all.
Suspiria will be playing at Working Room on Sunday, January 28th. Doors will open at 7:30 PM and the movie will begin promptly at 8:00 PM!
